Sandeep Gambhir
Chief Executive Officer
Sandeep has over 27 years’ experience, primarily working in senior leadership positions with large multinationals including Citigroup, Barclays and, most recently, ORIX India, where he was MD and CEO for over a decade. His capabilities include managing complex turnaround assignments, leading diverse cultural teams, and navigating diverse corporate landscapes. His expertise in B2B auto leasing and EV ecosystems, sound financial acumen and strong people management skills have helped him create high performance organisations.
Sachin Nijhawan
Chief Business Officer
Sachin brings over 30 years of expertise in Business Development, Partnerships, and P&L management. He has held leadership roles at Switch Mobility and Mahindra & Mahindra, where he expanded strategic partnerships, launched new EV segments, built a nationwide dealer network, led business turnarounds, increased profitability, and drove market expansion. His experience also includes establishing new business units and managing sales, marketing, and program management, showcasing his strong commercial and strategic skills.
Sandeep Bharadwaj
Head of Engineering
Sandeep brings over 30 years of industry experience including successful 0-1 build and scale-up experience in the EV Mobility ecosystem. He previously led PMI Electromobility Solutions, growing its fleet manifolds and helped establish one of the largest EV bus manufacturing plants in India. Sandeep also spent 17 years at Tata Motors, undertaking multiple roles, most recently overseeing Tata’s fleet management business and setting up a significant CNG bus fleet. He also previously spent three years at Fiat India establishing a pan-India aftersales network.
Susan Joy
Head of Human Resources & Administration
Susan brings over 18 years of global experience in human resources and business consulting, holding senior roles as Group HR Head and Strategic HR Business Partner. Her focus areas include executive leadership partnering, talent management and transformation, people development and engagement, business partnering, and HR operations. Susan’s expertise spans sectors like FinTech, IT, EdTech, Service & Retail, managing global teams and engaging with diverse stakeholders across India, EMEA, Southeast Asia, US and UK.
Saibal Sinha
Head of Operations
Saibal has nearly three decades of experience in the automotive industry, specialising in enhancing organisational capabilities for strategic success. His expertise spans sales, service, operations, and parts, covering both ICE and EV domains. Previously with Switch Mobility India, he led the Pan India role of Aftermarket & Operations. Saibal's extensive career includes associations with automobile companies including Switch, Ashok Leyland, Bajaj, New Holland Tractors, and the Eicher group.
Bharat Trivedi
Head of Finance
Bharat has over 20 years’ experience in financial leadership. He has successfully handled strategic investments, internal restructuring, and slump sale transactions. He previously led the finance team at MLL Mobility Private Limited, a Mahindra Logistics subsidiary, where he oversaw finance controlling, financial planning and analysis, taxation, and secretarial compliances.
